Wuhan Jingtai Limited Company was developed from Beijing Hengtaihe, a research and development high-tech company, Shenzhen Jingtai, a trade company and Wuhan Yuanfeng, a manufacturer of automobile parts and was established in May, 2006. Now, the new company owns independent corporation qualification and combines research, production, trading and after service and is a joint venture organization. The main work of this company is to develop new materials and to generalize new materials.
The high anti-fracture and anti-wearing of VIMAG super drills are because of the application of new materials called
‘Jingtai NW-3-2 carbide’. ‘Jingtai NW-3-2’ is very different among other carbide materials including micro-structure, elastic modulus, residual stress and magnetic properties, which are caused by the ‘Nano-lattice dislocation’ processing. The application of new processing technologies improves serving life more than 3 times with the same qualities of micro-holes, which has been testified by morn than 10 million drills from April 2005 by now. Jingtai company owns 9 domestic patents, and the
‘NW-3-2 carbide long-life micro-drill for PCB processing ’was authenticated by Hubei Technology Office and Chinese Printed Circuit Association on 30 Oct, 2007.
The theoretical base for the ‘Nano-lattice dislocation’ is the ‘dynamic phase transaction by external field’. Now new inspection criterions have been developed through the new theories, and the comprehensive controlling system and no-false production lines are now running in our cooperation. By now more than 3 million
